Neal is an experienced project and construction manager having developed over 100 homes in Australia and England.  The Harvey family have been local builders for generations and growing up in Buckinghamshire Neal could often be found at weekends and school holidays on building sites doing anything from knocking up concrete to tiling roofs. After university Neal worked in the London and Tokyo financial markets before moving to Australia where he started property developing and construction.  "I am passionate about buildings, construction, the built environment as a whole.  A building site is a complex place, full of people expelling energy.  A well managed site creates positive energy which remains in the finished house".
Having moved back to South Oxfordshire in 2009 Neal is now focussed on applying 20 years experience to Builtform CPM using his degree in Physics, a diploma in Residential Construction and Project Management and is currently studying for certification as a RICS Quantity Surveyor.
